Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6–11 business days after shipping. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may be longer.

Tracking

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to show movement after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at support@shopnookwise.com and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
